Returns & Refund Policy – mobilote

Overview

Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. After this window has closed, we are unable to process a full refund.

Returned items must be in their original, unaltered condition — unused and in the original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

Please note that certain product categories are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or printed periodicals), intimate or sanitary products, and any materials classified as hazardous or flammable.

The following items also fall outside our return eligibility:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Selected health and personal care products

A valid proof of purchase is required to process any return. Please do not send items back directly to the manufacturer.

In the following circumstances, only a partial refund may be issued:

  • Books that show clear evidence of use
  • Opened media items such as CDs, DVDs, software, video games, VHS tapes, cassettes, or vinyl records
  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing components for reasons unrelated to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after the delivery date

Refunds

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and send you an email confirming receipt. You will then be notified whether your refund has been approved or declined.

Approved refunds will be applied to your original payment method within a number of business days, depending on your provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend taking the following steps: first, re-check your bank account; next, contact your credit card provider, as posting times can vary; then reach out to your bank directly, as there may be additional processing delays on their end. If the issue remains unresolved after completing all of these steps, please get in touch with us at {email address}.

Sale Items

Only items purchased at full price are eligible for a refund. Products bought on sale are not refundable.


Exchanges

Replacements are only available for items that arrive defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange for the same product, please email us at mobigear.store@proton.me and send your item to: {physical address}.


Gifts

If the order was designated as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item will be issued. A gift certificate will be sent once the return is processed.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the purchaser had the order shipped to their own address before passing it on, the refund will be sent to the original buyer — who will be made aware of the return.


Return Shipping

To return a product, please send it to our European warehouse processing center.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, any return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund total.

Delivery timeframes for exchanged items will vary based on your location. For higher-value returns, we recommend using a tracked shipping method or taking out shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods.
